Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Heterogeneous myometrial echotexture is due to presence of multiple uterine fibroids.Normally uterus is homogeneous in echotexture.
Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.

You may need conservative therapy.Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogs are commonly used in the medical treatment of fibroids.

At present there is no e/o pregnancy and cervix is not visualized in present study. Endometrial echoes is also not visualized.

Hope I have answered your question.
Take Care
