What Does Brown Vaginal Discharge Post Bowel Movement Suggest?

A few days ago I noticed brown vaginal discharge after bowel movements? 16 years old, definitely not pregnant and I ve had no surgery. I ve changed my diet recently to become a vegetarian and have had a bit of constipation. I m not on my period and i m a bit worried, i ve not yet been to a doctor because it s quite embarrasing but i have no idea if this is normal or not? Is this just old blood? thank you~!

Hi,

I really appreciate your concern, in teenage irregular menses is very common phenomenon and most of the time it is not the disease condition and may not need any treatment neither it is to be worried so just take it easy and stop worrying it will be okay in next period it may some time happens every months still it is nothing to worry.

Hope this helps. Let em know if I can assist you further.
