What Does Endometerial Thickness Of 10mm From Biposy Suggest?

i have endometrial biposy on friday due to post menopausal bleeding .My us lower abdomen is right as urinary bladder is normal no abnormal echoes. Uterus is normal no pelvic mass but endometerial thickness is 10 MM.overies are normal no fluid in pouch of doglas. what will be the result please explain

Your endometrial thickness is 10mm. But we can judge conclusively from it. It can be secretary endometrium, cystic glandular hyperplasia or adenomatous hyperplasia or some other conditions. So go for endometrial biopsy and send me the histopathology report of biopsy so that I can help you further.
