What Does Fatigue Along With Fever, Headache And Abdominal Discomfort On The Right Side Indicate?

My husband has been lethargic and at times running a fever then sweating through his shirt. He also has a headache and some pain and discomfort in his right side. He swears it’s just a virus but I am worried it is something more. Any possibilities? Thank you in advance for any information you can provide.

Consult a general surgeon and get an ultrasound scan to rule out acute appendicitis as appendicitis usually present like this.
