What Does Green Coloured Stool Indicate?

sir my son is 3mnths old and he is passing green sticky stools after every feed and very watery.iam using walamycin and econorm now he is active is there anything wrong with feeding or it is infection today there is some mucus also present in stool kindly give me suggestion.

Noted the history about your 3 month old son having green sticky stools after every feed, very water. Given Walamycin and Econorm ...
This is definitely an infection but too early to come in a baby of just 3 month old.
This looks to be due to infection being transmitted through the nipples of mother or the bottle is being used.
You have to sterilize all the utensils related to the mild thoroughly. If breast fed, use spirit to clean the nipple 5 minutes before feed.
Send the sample of stool for lab to get an appropriate tests and may be culture sensitivity.
Continue the medicines as advised by your Pediatrician.
