General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about the repeated abdominal surgery, fixation of mesh, pain in abdomen at the bulges it has, report showing trace fluid in pericardium, incisional changes seen in mid-abdominal wall with scaring - spondilolistheis of L5 over S1 and so on...
All this history is indicative that you have incisional hernia with pain.
The possible causes are:
Nerve entrapment syndrome at the operated area.
Or nerve stretching over the development of hernia.
I would advise you the following:
Clinical evaluation and examination by the operating Surgeon for incisional hernia or the condition you are in at the moment.
Further investigations to decide the complexity of the situation an to see whether the present situation needs conservative treatment or can not wait and may need surgery to relieve the symptoms.
I find this answer helpful
