What Does Low Blood Sugar Mean?

I had left side headache just for few mints say like some one is drilling inside and hands became cold I checked my Bp heart rate everything was normal bt sugar was low though I'm not a diabetic patient this has hand thrice in one week wat is d reason kindly help

Hi, thank you for posting.

Basing on what you refer I can say that you suffer from hypoglycemia.
Hypoglycemia is manifested with shakiness, palpitations, tachycardia, sweating weakness, dizziness and in rare cases with unconsciousness.

You should follow these advises:
1. Eat 5 meals a day.
2. If one of the above symptoms is appeared you should eat foods that contain carbohydrates or sugar in order to increase the level of glucose in blood.

You need a glycated hemoglobin test(A1C test).

Venous blood is needed for this test.
When you'll make this test you should be on an empty stomach, and not stressed, because stress increase the level of glucose in blood.

To be sure for the result you should repeat this test several times.

You also need a oral glucose tolerance test.

Consult your endocrinologist.
