Hi My ultra sound report reads as follows : Uterus anteverted enlarged in size

1. AN INTRA MURAL Fibroids in anterior wall o left side measuring 4.4 x4.0cs. it is reaching close to the endomertrium anf pushing it posteriorly.
2. An intra mural fibroid at fundus measuring 2.8 cm in diameter
3. 2 fibroids in posterior wall measuring 3.3 cm in diameter and 3.1 x 2.0cms
can you explain it to me pls
