What Does Pain Radiating Through Shoulders Indicate?

Can you tell me what my be the problem with my neck? The pain feels like a pinching, slightly off to the right of the c-spine. The pain radiates through both or either shoulder. I just had an EMG that showed "no radiculopathy"! What could this terrible pain be. I've been wearing a cervical collar at times, because it hurts (at times,) to hold my head up, and the collar helps that...Help??

Hello,

I have studied your case.
Due to compression of this nerve root there is pain associated with facet arthropathy .
I will advise you to MRI cervical spine for better diagnosis.

For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication can be started.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
