What Does Paratyphi 1:20 From Widal Test Suggest?

Hi, I am 29yrs old and weight abt 80kg. I did a widal test today andthe resuLt show paratyphi 1:20. I also find it diffult to pass stool, more like constipation but with frequent urge to use the toilet.How severe is the infection and the best possible treatment
