What Does Pelvic Inflammation On An Ultrasound Mean?

i went for an ultra sound and the results said the Bladder - Wall smooth,
Uterus had dimensions of 7.8.*3.6*5.4cm homogenous myometrium upto 16mm thick hypoechoic endometrium, no focal lesion
Right ovary - 4.5*2.3*3.2cm App.vol : 18ml increased central stroma and multiple peripheral follicles,largest 16mm Dia.
Left Ovary - 3.9*1.8*2.9cm App.Vol : 11ml increased central stroma and multiple peripheral follicles,Largest 10mm Dia.
Parametria - Show signs of mild pelvic inflammation
Immpression: Exuberant endometrium
Large Polycystic Appearing ovaries,
Mild Pelvic inflammation.
what this means?
