Hello

Ultrasound findings suggests intrauterine pregnancy with fetal maturity is 6 weeks.
Besides early pregnancy there is fibroid in posterior wall of uterus. There are also cysts in both ovaries. Both conditions(fibroid and ovarian cysts)are benign findings and in majority of the cases it only require follow up.
Definitive treament of fibroid can be considered after delivery.Usually it doesn't interfere with pregnancy continuation.
Ovarian cyst may get resolve with time.

Take Care
