Hello dear,welcome to HCM.

Apart from 2-3 pus cells,the report is normal.
But,whether this is significant or not,depends on the clinical condition of the child.
If symptoms like fever, frequency,urgency,burning on urination etc are present,this needs to be treated with antibiotics.

Your doctor will guide you.You may be asked for a urine culture test.
