Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for query .
Presence of pus cells and bacteria detected on urine analysis suggests UTI which in a female of 70 years old is always due to incomplete emptying of bladder secondary to Post Menopausal Urethral stenosis .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Endoscopic examination of bladder (Cystoscopy) and urethral calibration .

She needs to take appropriate antibiotics as per urine culture report .
