What Does " Bulky Uterus With An Intramural Fibroid In The Anterior Wall" Means?

Hello, am 44 yrs old and is having amenorrhoea since 2mths,UPT is negative. USG shows bulky uterus with an intramural fibroid in the anterior wall. t is mentioned endometrial echo is seen in the midline. would like to know the significance of these findings.

Fibroids are generally benign growths of the muscular wall of the uterus. The usual treatment is surgery, especially eith uncontrolable bleeding.
