What Does "mild Cerebral Small Vessel Ischemic Disease Chronic" Indicate?

Hi, I had a MRI of my brain and I got my results back today. The impression states "mild cerebral small vessel ischemic diease chronic". My question is according to what I goggled its stating that this comes from hypertendion or diabetes which I have never had either one, so what else could this diease come from?

Many people get this as they get older.

It is typically seen in people over 50.

This may mean nothing to you, as most of the time this does not cause any symptoms.
