What Does Random Tingling Sensations All Over Body Mean?

i get random tingling sensations all over my body. they happen when i'm working out, and they wake me up sometimes. the tingling feels like sharp jabbing of pins and needle, almost like a million tiny spider bites. it usually starts in my chest, and spiders to the rest of my body in about 1-2 seconds. i've looked it up online and im getting too many answers, including the ever broad Dysautonomia.
