What Does Rash On Cheeks, Arms And Thighs Of 2 Year Old Indicate?

My 2 year old son has a rash on his cheeks, tops of his arms and thighs. It is red and warm to the touch. I lt dosn't seem raised just blotchy red patches. Do you have any idea what this could be? He had a low grade fever but other than that has been fine. Thank you.

Hi.... Many thanks for consulting in Health Care Magic. It could be eczema. If its itchy for the time beingyou ccan use oral antiallergics... But I suggest you see your pediatrician. Meanwhile you can use some moisturizing lotion too. Hope my answer was helpful for you. Happy to help anytime. Further clarifications and consultations on Health Care Magic are welcome.
