What Does Report Results Of Acute Interstitial Injury In Knee Mean?

Hi Doctor,
I got injured on my right knee and this what the MRI Report says : acute interstitial injury /incompetence.
significant effusion is noted into the joint capsule.

Please let me know what does it mean and how to get recover from this all. I am not able to bend my knee and hence not able to walk properly.Its already being almost a months. Please help me..

As long as the knee joint is concern it means here that the gap of knee joints must have been affected with the injury and the gap of knee consist the Meniscus, so this means that the meniscus must have been damaged, when it was not very much sure then this type of reporting being given then this has to be correlated with the clinical conditions, have nice day.
