What Does Stomach Starch,muscle Fibres,fats,0-1 Pus Cells And 0-1 RBC S Suggest?

My little girl 7 years is always complaining about stomach arch and she is passing so much gas I did a stool analysis every thing seemed ok only some starch and few muscle fibers and few fat...and 0-1 pus cells and 0-1 RBCs.....what does this mean?...thanks a lot ....Mona from Egypt

consider evaluating her diet for things like lactose intolerance, gluten sensitivities. That can cause indigestion, bloating, cramping abdominal pain due to inability to digest certain proteins/nutrients. Attempt avoiding diary and see if symptoms improve. if they do not attempt to avoid gluten products. See if avoiding certain foods helps her symptoms.
