What Does The Pulmonary Hyperaration From The X-ray Suggest?

Hi doc. I really wantewd to ask you about my child xray result. I dont have any idea what does it mean..tomorrow is our follow up check up so maybe you could elp me because i cant wait for tomorrow and so, to have a little knowledge regarding this.. here's the result:

*lung fields are hyperaerated
*heart is not enlarged
*hemidiaphragm, suci and visualized osseous structures are intact.

IMPRESSION: PULMONARY HYPERAERATION

If the finding is on both lung field and in absence of symptoms there is no cause for concern.
