What Does The Condition Of Acidic Urine From Result Suggest?

hello...i have renal pain for about 5 days, yesterday i had a urine test, results:
-R.B.C.; 2-3
-pus cells: 4-5
-crystals: uric acid (1-2)
-epithelial cells: few
-amorphous ureates
and overall acidic urine...could you please help me?? i'm really worried

Yes, your concern is very true.
In my clinic, I further advise serum uric acid, renal function tests, ultrasound abdomen & pelvis, X-ray KUB.
If stone in urinary tract is found, its management is done accordingly.
Agents that lower serum uric acid level like allopurinol & also urine alkalinizing agents like sodamint, that prevent reabsorption of uric acid from urine so eliminating it via urine again reducing serum uric acid, are prescribed.
Potassium-magnesium citrate also has a role in this, so prescribed tab. Noculi.
