What Does The Meaning Of Plenty Squamous Epithelium In The Urine Sample?

I just had urinalysis this morning and i got the results, it says that my urine transparency is hazy, pH 6.0, Specific Gravity is 1.030. Pus cells 3-7/hpf, RBC 0-1/hpf, squamous epithelium are plenty, few bacteria and moderate mucus threads.. WHAT DOES THIS RESULTS MEAN?

well it reflects abnormal genito-urinary conditions.it may be due to any inflammation or less blood outflow.
