What Does The Pelvic Scan Result Indicate Regarding Chances Of Getting Pregnant?

hello doctor, i have 2 question;
1. i have fibroids. this is the pelvic scan result:the measures 14.7ocm x 6.50cm (LXAP). it has a sligthly lobulated outline and contains multiple mixed echo masses in it's anterior and posterior walls, the largest measures 6.0cm x6.35cm and it seen in the fundal region.
the endometrial plate is distorted.
both ovaries are normal in position, size and echopattern.
the pouch of Douglas is free.
