What Does The Report Indicate During 37 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

HELLO I M 25,AND NOW I M 37 WEEKS PREGNANT,i had MY third SCAN IN 37 WEEKS IN THAT REPORTS THE FETAL WEIGHT WAS 2986(+/-450 GRAMS) ,FETAL HEART HEART RATE WAS 140 BPM ,PRESENTATION -CEPHALIC, PLACENTA-FUNDAL,POSTERIOR,lower margin away from os maturity.
