Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Mild hepatomegaly with slightly inhomogeneous echotexture may be due to many reasons like fatty liver, hepatitis etc.
Most likely it is a benign condition.
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS(Random blood sugar),Lipid profile,Renal function test,Liver function test,Viral markers,Ultrasound of abdomen.Further investigations like contrast CT scan of abdomen can be done if needed.
Proper treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
