What Does This 6-8 Pus Cell In Urine Test Signify?

i am 35 years old and i have urine test all others factors are ok but pus cells are 6-8 and RBC is nill sir i just want to ask is there serious condition or not and i have also test of HIV which is negative sir kindly tell me is there chance of HIV or not i have use unethical habit with female

I understand ur concern. Urine routine with pus cells of 6-8 is significant. What is ur urine culture report. Do u have burning sensation while passsing urine or urethral discharge. Looks like u may be suffering from urinary tract infection. Get above tests done and treat with culture sensitive antibiotics.
Besides if HIV test (ELISA) is negative then u dont need to worry about HIV.
