H,

The bulky uterus can be due to
- Pregnancy is the usual natural cause of bulky uterus.
- If you had unprotected sex recently.

Ultrasound pelvis can diagnose. Medical management with contraceptive pills will help you.

Simple contraceptive pills can help you. For conforming other issues need a biopsy.
