OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Her USG is normal, she has a small simple cyst in the right ovary which is not the matter of concern, If CA125 is done and is normal then there is nothing to worry and if it's not done then I suggest you go for it. Sometimes cysts can cause delayed and irregular periods, If it will grow more then 5 cms in size then it may need a small invasive procedure and if remains of the same size then you don't need to worry about it as it resolves of its own during pregnancy but needs to get married in young age as with growing age it may cause infertility. So I being a doctor suggest you to keep it under observation and repeat her USG 6 monthly for the size of the cyst. And get her married soon at a young age only.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
