Hello,

I will be able to comment better if you can share the complete sonogram report with us.

From your description, it appears that the sonogram has been done in early menstrual phase before the endometrium has been shed. This is why intact endometrium is seen. The position of the uterus is anteverted and this is the commonest normal position. The size of the uterus, the state of the ovaries, fallopian tubes and the urinary bladder has not been mentioned.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shanti Vennam,
OBGYN
