Hello,
I have gone through the query and here are the possibilities I would like to offer: 1. Leiomyoma of the uterus along with an ovarian cyst. 2. Endometriosis of the uterus and the ovary. Sometimes, scars can have endometrial deposits as in the case of a cesarean scar on the uterus. Pain can be due to the enlargement of the uterine capsule due to the cyst. If higher resolution can be used and the texture of the cyst can be seen, it will be of more help. Considering the size of the cyst, active management would be necessary after further investigation. Please follow your doctor's instructions and plan further management. Hope this helps.
