What Does Tingly After Head Injury Mean ?

I hit top of my forehead on Stairrail and have like a 2 inch cut I finally got bleeding to stop after a couple hours with butterfly bandages Now parts of my head anf arm feel kinda tingly What does that mean

hi,
as it hit on your forehead,we think it is minor injury, but as your complain of tingling in arm may indicate that there may be some injury in the brain and hematoma might have formed.
you consult neuro surgeon for x ray,etc. and for treatment and diagmosis
