my daughter age 15 suffered a concussion on tuesday. we were told if she vomits it was a sign of possible need to return. how excessive or frequent would the vomiting be to return. she has vomited 4 times in the last 24 hrs. another new symptom noticed today 2 days after accident is one eye seems to be lazy and turned inward now, it was not previous to the accident is that a concern?
vomittings after head injury can be matter of concern and it may be due to raised intracranial pressure. Even 1-2 vomittings, specially projectile vomittings are alarming and is indication for doing NCCT Head/ MRI BRAIN. You should take your daughter to emergency room immediately
