What Happens After Open Ileocaecal Resection?

Almost 4 weeks ago my husband had an open ileocaecal resection with abscess and perforation . He has had spells of low a do pain since, mostly resolved with paracetamol, but today is experiencing sharp pains, intermittently in his left side, halfway between axila and waist.he is also pyrexial.

* This sharp pains are to be correlated with certain details to come to a
conclusion
- pain since how much time, exact site in abdomen ,type, frequency,
severity , radiating anywhere associated vomiting , bowel habits,
aggravating relieving factors
- appetite / weight alterations
- appeared since when in relation to discharge date of hospital means very
soon after discharge & gradually progressed or new onset
- if possible surgery papers as an attachments
