What Impact Does Elevated CMV Antibody IgG :52 Have On Fetus During 32 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 32 weeks pregnant and my ultrasound result shows CMV Antibody, IgG as 52 AU/ml. Toxoplasma Abs, IgG as 1 IU/ml and Toxoplasma Abs, IgM as 0.04 TV. I was suggested to go through MRI to check the nervous system of my son. Are there any chances of abnormalities in my son as the CMV Antibody IgG is 52? Appreciate your response as this is causing lot to anxiety in my pregnancy.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this is the virus related antibody and that greatly affect the immune system in later life but for the baby inside the womb it may not disturb the immune system of baby because the baby provided with the special maternal protective system so just nothing to worry about this, and the presence of antibody is not the exact or direct indication of latency of infection, take good care of your baby, and do not worry, have nice day.
