What Is A Hypoechoic Mass In The Uterus?

My mother s Usg report is saying that Uterus - A small ill-defined hypoechoic lesion measuring 16mm*15mm seen in anterior myometrium. Endometrial echo (16mm)thickend.cavity is empty. Uterus measures 5.1cm*7.4cm*4.1 cm What is this? Is that cancerous?

It may be fibroid dear, not to worry it's not cancerous. But For confirmation please get an MRI Pelvis done.
