What Is Causing Vaginal Pain In Child? Already Treated For Pinworm

My 3 year old is still complaining about pain in her vagina area. It only happens at night and we have already had pinworm treatment, she,s wiping properly, and I've stopped using soaps in her bath. I'm really concerned at what it might be. Can you help?

Hi,
It seems that due to pin worm infection and worms migrating into vagina might cause irritation and soreness.
Go for 2 courses of anti-helminth medicine with interval of 8-10 days.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Keep local hygiene proper.
Wash local part from front to back while cleaning.
Ok and take care.
