What Is Causing Yellow Foamy Liquid Poop?

i have been pooping a yellow foamy liquid for the past week. if i cant poop and i push hard enough it comes out like spit. and sometimes while im pooping it does it. im just wondering what could be the cause of this, or what this might be. thank you:)

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms being given here could be due to bacterial infection and if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Doxycycline 100 mg twice in day for five days, with Lyophilized lactobacillus, just care needs to be taken for hydration hope this information helps.
