What Is The Best Medicine For Cough And Runny Nose?

Should I take my 1 year ol d daughter swimmif she has a cough and a runny nose? She started childcare 5 weeks ago and has a cold every week. She enjoys swimming classes but I've been missi g them when she has a cough incase the cough gets worse. Please advise.

Hi....1 year is too early for a swimming class. Apart from that it's not a contraindication when there is cough and cold. When put in day care kids are bound to develop some viral induced cough and cold, it's common. Don't worry.
