According to the readings you have given your BMI will be 25 which is pretty normal but at the higher range level of the normal, its not bad for you to loose the weight, you can do this by lowering the carbohydrate content in the food both starchy food stuff and sugar along with fat restriction and a good exercise will also be needed.
