What Is The Cause And Remedy Of Bruise In Backn Of Calf ?
My son got hit in the back of the calf and it has a huge bruise with indentation and he is hoping around and can hardly walk... it happened about an hour ago but still hurts... is this just deep bruising or could something be torn that needs to be looked at

It is nothing but a collection of blood underneath the skin that happen after a trauma. Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself. As of now you can apply ice packs for faster recovery. If lesion persist you can consult an orthopedics and get evaluated.
