Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the cervical spodylosis, and the pressure symptoms. The other possibility is the herpes simplex a viral infection along the root of the nerves.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically till the pain is under the controle. If necesory i add acyclovir.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till the pains are completely controlled.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
