What Is The Cause For Hip Discomfort?

Hi! I have had hip discomfort for about a month on and off. A couple of days ago it went awy. Now I have been expeiencin mid back pain spreading to the sides of my rib cage. Also am starting to feel sore in my hips as well. My doctor has discovered a internal hernia in my belly button area, which I have a schedualed appt for ultrasound. Not sure if there is a relation? What can you reccomend?

I can understand your pain, this could be due to the poor posture and nothing else there is no concern with the detected hernia, try to maintain the good posture for the symptomatic relief you can have "Diclofenac" 50 mg tab this will give good result, have nice day.
