What Is The Cause For Loose Stools When On Coq?

This past Thursday I started taking a coq10 supplement,200mg. I started having loose stools today. I looked at the other ingredient list and discovered the gel caps have glycerin in them. Could this be the culprit? I have not any previous difficulties with BMs.

Because these loose stools started shortly after going on this medication, there are higher chances that it may be caused by this. How many loose stools do you have in a day and how many tablets do you take daily? If the symptoms are severe(more than 3bowel movements in a day, very watery) I will suggest that you discontinue it and talk to your doctor about a possible substitute.
