What Is The Cause For Mild Tingles And Numbness On The Fingers And Feet?

Hi, Sorry. Im feeling so weak. I have mild tingles and numbness on my fingers and feet. Shaky, my bowel movements are very little but feel full. My blood pressure is normal. I m a 42detailed year old female. It s been a week I ve been feeling this way. What could be wrong g with me? I m worried and scared.
