What Is The Cause For Shaking Upper Body And Ringing In The Ear After Bowel Movement?

This is embarrassing and scary. I was sitting on the toilet and when i had my bowl movement, i experienced what felts like my entire upper body and head was shaking/swaying uncontrollably for about 10-20 seconds i guess followed by really loud ringing in my ear. What the heck was that?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this is pretty common phenomenon seen at the time of defecation and it is not the indication of any disease, but it is the nonspecific kind of symptoms and no need to worry about this, if this goes on happening all along the way then it may needs some investigations till then no need to worry about this, hope this information helps.
