What Is The Cause Of Abdominal Pain?

I had methadone withdrawls and wasn't eating for a few days. I was in and out of hospital. I got my methadone and started drinking heavily now I have extreme sence back and abdominal pain and no bowel movement it hurts to breath at times what could this be?

I really appreciate your concern, the abdomen pain could be due to the drug that you are taking it again, as you have started taking the drug again then just wait for few days the pain will be gone soon and if not then such abdomen pain may demands the clinical examination with investigations hope this information helps.
