What Is The Cause Of Chest Pain?

The veins on my left arm and chest, up to my neck are all very visible. Some of them on my forearm are swollen and I have a weird bumpy rash there too. I have a very faint pain in my chest as well - I have a doctor's appointment in a couple of hours, is it okay to wait?
