What Is The Cause Of Irregular Motions ?

Hi Doctor, Iam 25 years old. My motion has become irregular from past 4-5 months. In mornings, only after my breakfast i feel my stomach full and then go for toilet. Even after that am feeling my stomach is full. My food habits are almost regular. Could you please help me what might be the problem?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history Of feeling full after breakfast and needs to pass bowel movements. Feel full even after passing motion. Bowel habits have become irregular since 4-5 months.
The coomonest cause can be irritable bowel syndrome also called as IBS or intolerance to some foods and beverages.
I wouls advise you the following:
Get the tests of blood, urine and stool.
Ultrasound of abdomen.
Clinical evaluation and examination.
A course of an antibiotics and metronidazole.
Add on probiotics and multivitamins.
PPI and Domperidone.
If there is no relief then an opinion of a Gastroenterologist and further tests of upper GI endoscopy, Colonoscopy and CT scan of abdomen to get an appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
