What Is The Cause Of Night Sweats, Muscle Cramps, Shortness Of Breath, Cloudy Urine And Presence Of Calcium Oxalate?

I have been feeling ill, night sweats, severe muscle cramping in my back near my kidneys and lungs. I have been short of breath. Today I had a urinalysis done. Cloudy, protein: 0.15, hgb: 2, RBC 11-20. Calcium oxalate present. Casts present: rbc WBC. I have no appetite, I'm losing weight rapidly. My Bp was 90/60 at the doctor. My blood hgb was 155. My hct was high as was my rbc count. What's going on?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
1 Chronic renal failure exhibit such type of symptoms and according to your history ,you may have CRF .
Diagnosis can be confirmed byMRI of kidneys .
2 Congestive heart failure , diagnosis can be confirmed by E K G and ECHO .
3 Anemia as I have noted in many cases when protein passes in urine with R B Cs I would advise to consult a Urologist and get his opinion.
Good luck.
